Time slots allocated for sessions

The overarching time schedule for the science programme is now ready and can be downloaded. Each conference day is organised into early and late morning, divided by a coffee break, lunch and then afternoon sessions. There will be parallel oral sessions in 16 rooms (included PolarCINEMA).

All posters wiil be up for one day. Posters belonging to the same session will be allocated time on the same day(s).

We know that many are eager to know excactly when they are giving their presentation. The detailed time scedule for each session, included all oral presentations, is now being finalised. Slotting in 1200 orals, and compiling the posters, is a demanding task mainly involving the Conveners.

It is the intention that all participants, whether giving orals or posters, shall be notified on the schedule for their presentation(s) by 1st April - a week before the extended early bird registration deadline.
