Registration now open

The registration system is now open. Early bird registration deadline is 8th of March. This coincides with the hotel booking guaranteed deadline.

Full registration fee is Euro 490 and include: Icebreaker Monday evening, access to the venue - both science and PolarEXPO, free transport between central Oslo and the venue, lunches and coffee breaks during the conference.

The fee will increase with Euro 100 after the early bird registration date. After that date hotel rooms can not be guaranteed.

We recommend you to book hotel rooms as soon as possible and simultaneously with your registration. This is to be sure that there are still rooms available and that we can accommodate your requests.

All hotels, except Thon Hotel Arena, are located in walking distance from Oslo City Centre. Hotel Arena is part of the conference venue and located 10-15 minutes by train from Oslo Central Station.

Hotel rooms are available at rates ranging from Euro 100 to 250 (single per night) and Euro 115 to 290 (double per night).
